I’ve been looking for waterproof pants for so long!! These have held up so far! I love the cargo pockets, and, they repel water!! Rain gear pants rip too easy. I’ve gone through so many pairs. I love these pants!! Planning on ordering more!

I ordered a pair of tactical pants, they fit great and are comfortable.
Granted I have only had these pants for a month, but so far so great! The Velcro is, thus far, holding up (unlike the Velcro on some others I bought), and they are tough as nails. Got them snagged on a screw, and they didn’t tear, or even show evidence of any damage at all. Best of all they are insanely water repellent, bordering on waterproof. I wear them to walk everywhere, but also for hiking and snowshoeing, and have walked through puddles six or more inches deep. The cuffs weren’t even wet when I emerged. Only thing I would strongly recommend is making absolutely sure you buy the right size. Despite ordering according to the sizing chart, the inseam was longer, though the waist was fine. Seems I’m a XXXXL in China. Worth every dollar!
