Good quality shirt fits true to size

Best ever!! I teach Martial Arts, self defense and Knife Fighting, especially Knife Fighting & best for "shirts for comfort, twist, bend & bends. Especially great for weapons against the blades or unexpected punch/kicks. Also, velcro is a perfect cool down 4 keeping sleeves when too hot while material "pulls away " or 'wicks' moisture from the body!! Can not say that of my Gi's.
The comfort can not be beaten!!
It also helps these not used to dressing for confidence and defense get used to the idea....ladies, small men and children. I have Army digital camo, Suburban black camo, dk olive drab (army) green and black.I can mix/match with pants . I had sand, blue & usmc digital camo. I gave the marine away, concern over "stolen valor, " though my Dad was an Army Purple Heart Korean War Veteran, among many other things , it sort of bothered me, and I really didn't have much use for the others, so I gave them to Purple Hearts for needy people!!!!!!! Picture below is just 1 of many sampling. I loooove the black Suburban camouflage and just plain black!!!!!!!

I'm 6'0, 230 lbs and the shirts for great. Love the material. It kinda def fits snug on a big boy like me. The shirt is green in the pic.
